Professional home staging & design with a mission to make every home—and every life—brighter.
Lucid Living Home Staging & Design specializes in preparing homes for sale with stylish, welcoming designs backed by over 10 years of real estate experience. Founded by Zoe Campbell, the company integrates high-quality staging with meaningful impact. A portion of all proceeds supports Cidney's Opportunity, a nonprofit funding mental health programs for youth and young adults.
Professionally staged homes sell up to 73% faster than non-staged homes, reducing your time on the market.
Staging helps potential buyers emotionally connect with the space and envision their future home.
Professional staging emphasizes your home's best features while minimizing any flaws or awkward spaces.
Elegant staging solutions tailored to your home's unique needs
Our partnership with Cidney's Opportunity ensures that every staging project contributes to mental health support for youth and young adults.
From all architectural salvage, antiques, and artwork sales, 20% goes directly to funding mental health treatment and support programs. Your choice to work with Lucid Living creates a ripple effect of healing and hope in our community.

Founder & Creative Director
Zoe Campbell is a mother of twins, nonprofit leader, art collector, and former antique store owner with over a decade of experience in real estate and design. After the profound loss of her daughter, Zoe channeled her grief into purpose, creating Lucid Living as a bridge between beautiful home transformations and meaningful community impact.
Through Lucid Living, Zoe combines her passion for design with her commitment to mental health advocacy. Every project reflects her belief that spaces can heal, inspire, and bring people together—while supporting the next generation through Cidney's Opportunity.
"Every home we stage is more than a sale—it's an opportunity to create beauty and hope in someone's life, both for the families moving forward and the young people we serve through our nonprofit work."
